At 30K Customs, our mission is to deliver high-quality merchandise and supporter rewards. Due to the nature of custom-printed merchandise and supporter tiers, all sales are final.

Supporter Reward Purchases

Supporter rewards are contributions to the development of Survivor’s Guilt™: The Fall of 30K. As such, all purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable once completed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 30kcustoms@gmail.com We will arrange a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
